You can't write a contract on a sales basis. If you don't have a background in business law, you need to find someone who does. And you are not going to get that kind of help on Yahoo . You'd be surprised the legal troubles you can get into. For example, you must consider how you will handle a return. What if the customer receives the product, you pay the the commission and the customer ships back the product in a few weeks because it is defective? Does the sales person still get the commission? I do not recommend wearing contacts unless you HAVE to. It is a blessing for you to not have to worry about contacts.... you will probably eventually need contacts for vision problems, then try the colored kind. ...(Answered by HeatherLS)
