Q.
Where can I find super cheap headbands and bangles? I've been looking for thick plastic (or other hard material) headbands and bangles for less than $3 because I need a bunch. I'm looking for ones like the ones sold at Forever 21 or Wet Seal, but I'm looking to repaint/recover/alter them anyway so I don't want to pay the 6 bucks they cost at those stores. I've tried Jo-Ann Fabrics and Michaels craft stores but couldn't find any there either. Does anyone know of any websites or stores that carry REALLY cheap plastic bangles and headbands? ... LADIES: When you paint your toenails, is it okay to paint over the existing paint...? ...if it's the same brand and color? Or do you find that it looks better and lasts longer to completely take off the existing polish and repaint them? thanks ... (Asked by Kay89)

lol well its honestly better to take off the first coat first because it could make the top coat look lumpy and un-even. so yea.. but I actually do it all the time. If Im in a hurry I will paint over the first, but I try to limit the times I do this because it makes it harder and it takes longer when I want to remove the polish ;) ...(Answered by MILF in training [due oct 5, 08])
